Dormero Hotel Bargenturm Lueneburg - Luneburg

During my recent stay at Bargenturm, I was amazed by the really good breakfast buffet. The selection of local taste-pleasers was very nice, and the presentation was great. The staff in the dining area were attentive, making me feel right at home. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip.

The breakfast area is really nice. Great location, very quiet but right next to the city center.

No AC, no way to keep the room really dark in the morning.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the strategic location of the hotel as it was near the beautiful city center and accessible to many shops and attractions. I also enjoyed the free wifi and the clean and comfortable rooms which were equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast selections were also satisfying and offered a range of sumptuous dishes.

The hotel staff appeared unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. They provided little to no assistance or courteous attention to guests.

We had a fantastic family stay in a quaint historic district, within walking distance to the lovely shops, plazas, and restaurants. the location was excellent, near the city center, but quiet with little traffic. the helpful and friendly staff gave us an exceptional breakfast with a wide range selection to choose from. the accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly quiet.

The hotel reception staff could have been more welcoming, but they were still correct and polite.

The location of this hotel is superb: it is within a short walking distance of the city center and all the beautiful shops, restaurants and plazas. it's just at the edge of the old town, making it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of this city. The staff are friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions I had. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the breakfast area and the lovely little boxes of toiletries in the bathroom, was excellent.
